Nitto X Crust UI Quill Stem
A 1" quill stem made for us by Nitto. The UI features a removable face plate and either a 15 or 30 degree rise. A great stem if you like to switch it up and experiment with different bars or if you want to get a quill stem that provides a little extra lift for the bar.
This stem will work with the following Crust models: Both Nor'Easters, Both Romanceürs, Canti Lightning Bolt, Malocchio

Made in Japan using heat treated 4130 Chromoly
Tig Welded
Colors- Black or Dull Bright
Reach- 60mm (Horizontal line from center of quill to center of bar clamp)
Clamp Diameters- 31.8 or 26.0
Degrees of Positive Rise- 15° or 30° (30° is obviously going to put the bar up higher)
