At Crust Bikes, we want to ensure you are stoked on your build, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes and framesets that have been built up are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the component or accessory didn't meet your needs.
Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure the item is eligible for return, after which we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack & Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, we will inspect the gear for any signs of use; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
